Technical Job Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills to perform cost analyses and in-depth data manipulation, including the ability to track and report on metrics.
- Effectively conduct phone, email, and in-person negotiation demonstrating robust interpersonal and relationship building finesse.
- Comfort with cold calling.
- Strong technical problem solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive both economic and environmental value.
- Manage a large volume of tasks and can prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel throughout North America 3 – 5 times per year to conduct outlet visits/audits, ensuring adherence to environmental best practices.
- 4-year degree in Science or Business field with a focus on Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline OR 2 years of relevant professional experience in a business analysis, strategic planning, or sustainability-focused role.

This position is available as a remote position. This is a salaried role and does not offer a commission structure, though it is eligible for annual performance-based wage increases.
This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record as a condition of employment.
