We are seeking a strategic a results-driven and analytical Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Israel. The ideal candidate is based in Israel, fluent in Hebrew, has a strong background in B2C lead generation, can turn strategy into action, spot new opportunities, lead bold campaigns, craft powerful narratives, and build partnerships that move markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention identifying and activating new growth levers.
- Create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation and ROI-driven execution of online and offline initiatives.
- Lead data-driven B2B and B2C campaigns leveraging digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
- Develop and optimize ABM programs to accelerate sales and revenue growth.
- Manage social media presence and PR activities with agencies and media partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, distributors, and installers on co-marketing initiatives to expand market share.
- Produce high-impact content - case studies, presentations, social campaigns, and thought leadership to strengthen brand authority.
- Align marketing with sales strategy to drive business development and regional growth.
- Deliver quarterly performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and maintain a strong regional presence.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in renewables, technology, power electronics, or electric vehicles.
- Proven success in B2C and B2B lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with cross-regional initiatives and multi-channel marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing performance.
- Proven track record in a revenue-driven setting, specifically leading operational initiatives that directly impacted the sales results, scaling, and efficiency of the business.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
