We’re looking for a creative, curious, and hands‑on Instructional Designer to join our team and shape the way SolarEdge customers learn our technologies. In this role, you will transform complex technical concepts into powerful, clear, and engaging learning experiences that help solar professionals, installers, and partners get the most out of our products.

What You Will Be Doing
- Design and develop digital learning experiences — from concept through delivery — including e‑learning modules, product simulations, videos, interactive guides, and supporting materials.
- Dive deep into SolarEdge technologies by collaborating with subject‑matter experts to understand products, tools, workflows, and real-world customer challenges.
- Analyze learner needs based on audience type, role, technical background, and field scenarios to craft accurate and impactful training.
- Define clear learning goals and success criteria and ensure each learning solution aligns with them.
- Translate complex ideas into intuitive visuals, storyboards, UI mockups, and user-centered learning flows.
- Conduct research and performance analysis to continuously optimize learning effectiveness and learner experience.
- Apply best-in-class instructional design methods (ADDIE, adult learning theories, microlearning, scenario-based learning, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, e‑learning development, or training development — preferably in a technical or product‑focused environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive, and engaging learning materials.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands‑on expertise in creating digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar.
- Strong experience with instructional design methodologies.
- Experience working with subject‑matter experts, gathering information, and ensuring technical accuracy.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify learner needs, performance gaps, and the right learning solutions to address them.
- Ability to create clear storyboards, flowcharts, UI mockups, and visual representations of learning journeys.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with LMSs, such as Absorb, Docebo – advantage.
