Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Assist with project accounting, asset management, and cost tracking
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education:
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) – non-negotiable
- Experience:
- 1–4 years post-articles experience as a Financial Accountant
- Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based environments advantageous
- Strong technical accounting and reporting experience
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Non-negotiables:
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
