As a customer service representative, you will engage with customers in German, providing them with essential information and support related to green energy products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding sustainable products, energy solutions, and services via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide detailed information on green energy options, pricing, and benefits.
- Assist customers with the installation process, service requests, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company initiatives to provide relevant assistance to customers.
Requirements - Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the sustainability or green energy sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
