What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver staff induction & onboarding
Manage product, technical, and role-specific training
Oversee high-risk training (LVR, CPR, lockout/tagout, heights)
Maintain training calendars & competency matrices
Conduct skills assessments and track compliance
Develop training materials, manuals & e-learning content
Provide coaching & mentoring to developing employees
Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation updates
