Key Responsibilities:
<\/p>
- Oversee the Green certification process, ensuring all documentation
is complete and submissions are tracked.
<\/li> - Review and verify the logic of submissions prepared by consultants.
<\/li> - Act as an EDGE expert, leading post -construction audits.
<\/li> - Inspect and review various green building sites to ensure compliance
with sustainability standards.
<\/li> - Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
on -site.
<\/li> - Report on progress, identify risks, and ensure building projects
meet certification requirements.
<\/li> - Prepare and submit required packs, documents, and plans to
auditors.

Requirements<\/h3>
- BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction.
<\/li> - Valid driver’s license.
<\/li> - Minimum 2 years’ experience in sustainable building projects.
<\/li> - Experience working on at least one Green Star building.
<\/li> - GBCSA Green Star AP & IFC EDGE Expert accreditation
advantageous.
