Define and prepare the overarching budget for HR services, salaries, variable compensation, and annual bonuses, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
Performance and rewards strategy:
Devise and implement comprehensive performance and reward strategies that are in alignment with the strategic goals and ambitions
Performance Management:
Provide oversight for the performance management processes, ensuring they are fully aligned with and supportive of the organization's broader objectives.
Compensation design:
Determine and establish employee grade-wise salary benchmarks, annual bonuses, and variable payouts, while also maintaining competitive salary structures within the market
Payroll and Performance System Oversight:
Oversee payroll processing and performance evaluation systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies.
Regulatory compliance:
Maintain adherence to regulatory compliance in all aspects of performance and rewards management
Governance and process assurance:
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze HR metrics related to employee lifecycle management (ELCM), total rewards, performance, and engagement to provide actionable insights & prepare regular reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Digital Mindset:
Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
QualificationsMBA/MSW with minimum 12 years of experience in workforce development, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors.
