Designation Executive BD– GreenHydrogen
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Business Development Strategy: • Identifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitiesinthegreenhydrogen sector. • Buildrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersincludinggovernmentbodies, industries,andprojectdevelopers. • Developandexecutestrategiestodrivebusinessgrowthinalignmentwith companyobjectives. Tenders’ Proposal Management: • Oversee and manage tendering processes for hydrogen projects. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are addressed. • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure alignment with project requirements. Technical Commercial Understanding: • Analyse and interpret technical documentation related to green hydrogen projects. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposals are technically sound. • Manage the commercial aspects of project proposals, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations. • Understand the financial modelling and can also prepare the same for different hydrogen business models. • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization. Project Coordination: • Engage with project teams for on-site assessments and monitoring, ensuring alignment with project timelines. • frequently travel to project sites for stakeholder meetings, site visits, and progress monitoring. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; with MBA preferred. • Minimum 1 of experience in business development, preferably in renewable energy, green hydrogen, Oil and Gas, or similar industries. • Strong understanding of hydrogen production technologies, project BOQ, and commercial contract terms. • Experience in tender management, proposal making, and technical evaluations. • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across India Skills and Requirements • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to understand complex technical and commercial requirements. • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to business challenges. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
