In the framework of a Photovoltaic plant construction project (125MW), we are currently looking for an Electrical Construction Supervisor \- Substation.<\/b>

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
Manage onsite sub\-contractors<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Ensure site safety requirements are adhered to by sub\-contractors<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Manage project schedule<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Ensure quality of work undertaken meets the required standards<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Monitor and witness testing<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Ensure QA\/QC processes are followed by the sub\-contractor<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Preparation of reports and documentation<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>
<\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
Bachelorâs degree from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory: Valid License \/ Active membership with the CIAPR)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Demonstrated experience overseeing electrical works in Substations<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Experience working with, supervising, and administering subcontractors.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Knowledge of state, federal, and local contracting requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Familiarity with photovoltaic and industry quality standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Demonstrated leadership in a team\-based environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and under tight deadlines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Must be able to complete and pass a drug screen, physical, and background check which includes verification of employment and education.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common applications used in the construction industry.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Willingness to be located on remote site.<\/span>
<\/span>
