In the framework of a Photovoltaic plant construction project (125MW), we are currently looking for a Mechanical Supervisor<\/b>.
<\/p>

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

Supervise the assembly, installation and execution of the different works on site according to the development of the activities during the execution, and the start\-up or commissioning.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Review of client requirements and client technical specifications.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

Management of subcontracted companies, controlling the daily progress of the work.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Quality control during the assembly and assembly of tracker structures.<\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Make personnel and time estimates.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> Interpretation of plans.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/div> Bachelorâs degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory: Valid Licence \/ Active membership with the CIAPR).<\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

Demonstrated experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the assembly and construction of large photovoltaic plants projects (+50 Mw).<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Knowledge of mechanical assembly, leveling of piles, leveling of trackers, leveling and anchoring of panels, visual inspection of structure.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

Experience working with, supervising, and administering subcontractors.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> Knowledge of state, federal, and local contracting requirements.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Knowledge of local labor laws and issues.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> Familiarity with photovoltaic and industry quality standards.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Demonstrated leadership in a team\-based environment.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and under tight deadlines.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Must be physically able to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk\-downs which may require extensive walking in and around a construction site, walking on uneven surfaces.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Must be able to complete and pass a drug screen, physical, and background check which includes verification of employment and education.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common applications used in the construction industry.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Fluency in English and Spanish is required.<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> Willingness to be located on remote site.<\/span>
