Job Description
Title: Sustainability and Resilience & Compliance Intern (EPDM)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Intern to support our Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) ESG and Resilience & Compliance team in collecting and consolidating data, managing records, and facilitating global support requests related to our sustainability initiatives and ESG regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us achieve our sustainability goals, including reducing our environmental impact, promoting animal welfare, and upholding human rights, as well as supporting increasing our Supply Chain resilience
Interact with cross functional teams: sourcing, global ESG, risk & resilience, compliance, legal, R&D mainly
NOTE: EU working rights are (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, marketing, public relations, or another relevant field.

Hybrid policy: We work 60% of the week in the office and have the right to work 40% from home. However, you will still need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
