As the
Financial Manager, you will take ownership of the financial management function, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring sound financial governance across multiple renewable energy projects. You’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership, investors, and project teams to drive profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full financial management process, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with operational and project teams to deliver strategic insights and financial guidance.
- Manage funding structures, investor reporting, and financial modelling for renewable projects.
- Implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Qualified CA(SA) (essential).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years post-articles experience in a financial management or commercial finance role.
- Experience within the renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability (ERP experience beneficial).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
