Solar Works is expanding into HVAC, and we’re looking for a seasoned <\/span>HVAC leader<\/i> <\/span>to launch, scale, and run this division. This isn’t a tech in a truck job. It’s a leadership role for someone who knows how to deliver clean installs, manage crews, stay compliant, and grow a business.<\/span>

Build out and manage the HVAC service and install teams<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Oversee day -to -day operations, from permits to punch -lists<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Own scheduling, quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Manage inventory, fleet, and vendor relationships<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Work with executive leadership on P&L, hiring, pricing, and marketing<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Ensure all projects meet code, pass inspection, and get rave reviews<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Help develop SOPs and cross -train staff (solar, HVAC, and roofing)<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
5+ years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a management role<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, duct -work, and heat pumps<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Leadership chops — able to coach techs, run ops, and think like an owner<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Comfortable with tech: project tracking, inventory, CRMs, etc.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Organized, efficient, and ready to scale with us<\/span><\/span>
