Manage and schedule training programs to meet organizational needs. 4. Stay updated on industry advancements, solar technologies, and state\/central government policies. 5. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. 6. Coordinate with external trainers to ensure quality and consistency in training. 7. Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, progress, and evaluations. 8. Travel to various locations to deliver tailored training sessions and workshops. 9. Collaborate with internal teams to align training objectives with business and project goals. 10. Continuously improve training materials based on feedback, new developments, and industry trends. Skill Set required: 1. Expertise in Solar Energy: Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including PV technology, installation, and maintenance. 2. Training & Presentation Skills: Ability to design and deliver effective training programs in various formats. 3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging trainees and stakeholders. 4. Project & Time Management: Strong organizational skills for managing training schedules and logistics. 5. Adaptability & Problem\-Solving: Ability to stay updated with industry trends and address training challenges. Eligibility: ⢠Bachelor's or masterâs degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field. ⢠Experience of 3\-5 years in content development, training, or technical roles in solar or related industries. ⢠Experience of 1\-2 years in solar system installation and maintenance. ⢠Proficient in Power Point, Excel, MS Word etc. ⢠Willingness to travel frequently to training locations. ⢠Familiarity with government regulations on solar energy in India. ⢠Specialized solar certifications.â<\/span>
