Location: Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Guntur
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our products/equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair products/equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, faults, and complaints.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing.
- Provide technical training and support to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, products, and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.) or related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a service engineering role.
- Experience with Solar Industry.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Solar Products (Inverter)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment (up to [insert weight]).
- Frequent travel to customer sites (up to [insert percentage]).
- Work in various environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature extremes, etc.).
