Job Description:
The Manager of Proposal/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects (Strong Command in all relevant Software).
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
- Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
- Support business development by providing technical expertise.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, Aurora).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have experience working with US Clients and BPO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development.
