The Manager of Proposal\/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>

\- Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects (Strong Command in all relevant Software).
<\/div>

\- Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
<\/div>

\- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
<\/div>

\- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
<\/div>

\- Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
<\/div>

\- Support business development by providing technical expertise.
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Required Skills:<\/b>
<\/div>

\- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, Aurora).
<\/div>

\- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
<\/div>

\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Must have experience working with US Clients and BPO.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>

\- Bachelorâs degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
<\/div>

\- Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
<\/div>

\- 3 to 5 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development.
<\/div><\/span>
