Your Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
- Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs
- Manage team reporting, tracking, and daily goals
- Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
- Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
- Strong communicator, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments
- Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save
