Marketing Manager to join our team at Vision Mechatronics. As a key
member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business
growth, developing new customer relationships, and promoting our
innovative energy solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:<\/b>
<\/li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
<\/li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the energy sector
<\/li><\/ul>Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:<\/b>
<\/li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
<\/li>Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase our technical features and benefits
<\/li><\/ul>Provide Expert Advice and Guidance:<\/b>
<\/li>Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on technology upgrades, energy efficiency, and related products
<\/li>Develop and submit tender documents, customer proposals, and sales contracts that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
<\/li><\/ul>Collaborate with Cross -Functional Teams<\/b>
<\/li>Collaborate with our technical team to offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
<\/li>Gather market intelligence and stay up -to -date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
<\/li><\/ul>Key Skills and Knowledge:<\/b>

Strong knowledge of energy -related products and solutions, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and energy storage
<\/li>Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, with the ability to
build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
<\/li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction

Experience working with energy storage systems, solar PV systems, or other renewable energy technologies
