Job Title: Energy Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Khopat, Thane, Maharashtra, 400601

Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Energy Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Vision Mechatronics. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing new customer relationships, and promoting our innovative energy solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the energy sector
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase our technical features and benefits
  • Provide Expert Advice and Guidance:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on technology upgrades, energy efficiency, and related products
  • Develop and submit tender documents, customer proposals, and sales contracts that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Collaborate with our technical team to offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Gather market intelligence and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of energy-related products and solutions, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and energy storage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with energy storage systems, solar PV systems, or other renewable energy technologies
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, including building insulation, lighting systems, and HVAC systems
  • Familiarity with energy management systems, including energy monitoring and control systems
