JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Sr Manager Isotopes Operations, the Manager - TDS, drives long-term reliability of the equipment important to the isotope business as it relates to the Target Delivery Systems. Overall, the accountabilities include achieving business goals by improving station & equipment performance in the area of planning and execution of planned and emergent work. The Manger - TDS uses their entrepreneurial-minded, tenacious and passionate to innovate new ideas in LEP’s fast growing and dynamic environment to achieve success in this position
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Working in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations:
- Define and establish the planning practices consistent with LEPs standards to meet the need of the department and LEP’s business objectives.
- Take the necessary input from team members to properly define and determine the scope of work to be performed, and in doing so set clear guidance for the prioritized work to be performed.
- Accountable to approve resources and materials within the approved budget to perform the established schedule.
- Administer and improvement plan to periodically review the scheduling process and document the findings. Develop an action plan to address the identified gaps.
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the department’s long-range plan ensuring that they are in accordance with Power Reactor Operating License and Operating Policies and Procedures where applicable.
- Oversee planning milestones necessary to the work management program for quality and completeness. Where applicable, manage recovery plans for missed or incomplete milestones.
- Responsible to track the identified risks to the plan, facilitate the mitigation strategies and escalate to the appropriate levels of the organization for resolution where applicable.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture that supports professional growth and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals who have the following:
- 10+ years of operations experience plus min 5 years management/supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence others coupled with exemplary negotiation capabilities.
- Understanding of medical isotopes industry
- Experience using interpersonal skills to deal with the coordination of internal groups, interface with senior members of customers and internal senior management.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Proven analytical, financial and business acumen skills
