Job Overview
Reporting to the Vice President, Isotopes, the Director, Isotope Integration serves as the primary interface between isotope operations and commercial projects, ensuring seamless alignment between production capabilities and business objectives. The Director provides leadership in project and contract management, resource allocation, and stakeholder collaboration to support the successful execution of isotope initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute the strategic direction for the company’s isotope operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and growth strategies
- Act as the interface between Commercial Projects and operations to ensure contract requirements are met, driving alignment between project execution and operational readiness.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and capital, to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for isotope operations, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic goals and provides value to the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including regulatory bodies and industry partners, to support business objectives and operational success.
- Leverage project management experience to oversee initiatives that enhance operational capabilities and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage contracts effectively to ensure obligations are met and opportunities for operational improvements are leveraged.
- Collaborate with multiple business units across Laurentis, including Engineering, Human Resources, and Commercial Projects, to drive integrated and effective strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture that supports professional growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience is required to perform this role
- Experience in the nuclear sector or a related highly regulated industry.
- Experience and exposure in negotiating large scale partnership agreements and client contracts.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining positive, productive, and collaborative workforce.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize broad conceptual, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide effective leadership/technical guidance and direction including mentoring, coaching and succession planning/developing staff within the department.
- Experience and exposure in managing complex projects, ensuring seamless execution, alignment with strategic objectives, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee contract management processes, ensuring obligations are met while identifying opportunities for operational improvements and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with business development principles, leveraging industry insights and relationships to support growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.
