Masdar is the UAE’s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or related discipline
- MBA or Master’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience within renewable energy, in particular PV or Wind Projects, preferably with local and global exposure, with roles focused on operation management and/or project management/governance.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge of renewables, PV or Wind Technology.
- Extensive knowledge of operation management and project management
- Knowledge of renewable energy plant performance aspects and performance management
- Strong financial skills (project economic analysis) as well as good understanding of Project Finance
- Ability to integrate and lead cross-functional teams
- English + Uzbek or Russian speaker would be an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment
Must be willing to Relocate to Uzbekistan. Relocation package is available.
