We are a dynamic and international team in Offshore Execution looking for a strong project management or engineering manager that has experience working with SCADA and automation systems, preferably from the wind generation industry.

How to contribute to our vision
Performing the OF SCADA Project Engineering Manager (ENM) role in the project execution organizational structure
Coordination of SCADA systems for offshore customer projects worldwide
Assisting the sales team with technical tender and contract reviews
Handling variation orders for additional functionality requested by the customer, not included in the contract
Management of our project execution process, both internal and external from contract signing until handover to client
Responsibility for requesting and organizing resources from the OF SCADA team, which are part of the line organization
Tracking and updating relevant milestones for the OF SCADA projects
Setting & ensuring agreed deadlines for the delivery of the system(s) by Central Engineering in coordination with overall Project Management
Management of open issues with customer projects
Coordinating technical support to the project organization during installation, commissioning andSAT (Site Acceptance Test)
Participating in customer meetings
Preparing the SCADA panel(s) BoM (Bill of Materials) with the production team
Monitoring SCADA panel production and coordinating the SCADA system FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Working with the shipping & logistics teams to ensure successful panel delivery
Management of options associated with the SCADA system delivery
Responsible for “as built documentation”, and other project execution related documents
Identifying issues, and creating solutions for improving the windfarm SCADA systems (implementing lessons learned)
Some travel activities to sites and clients must be expected.
What you need to make a difference

You have a strong project management or engineering manager background, and experience working with SCADA and automation systems, preferably from the wind generation industry, industrial companies, or a provider of advanced SCADA systems.
Ideally you have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as plant automation, controls & instrumentation, or electrical engineering, although a strong trade background in these fields supplemented with practical experience could also be of interest.
Furthermore, it would be an advantage if you have experience with customer project management and project execution.
As a person, you are well-structured and able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks, whilst building good working relationships with clients and other team members.
A good sense of humor will be an asset.
You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
