The Work You Will Do:
This position is within the Office of Business Planning, and often serves as the first point of contact for incoming guests and visitors and will provide assistance to stakeholders by responding to questions, providing general information, answering the main phone line, managing electronic calendars and performing general clerical duties such as data entry, and mail processing.

Position Specifics
- Position Type - Other Personnel Services (OPS)
- Pay - $16.50/hr
- Weekly Hours - 20 hours a week
- Biweekly Payroll
Your Specific Responsibilities:
- Completion of administrative assignments in support of the District’s regulatory programs as needed or requested.
- Document Management.
- Completes data entry into Oculus and various databases as required.
- Conducts Oculus Quality Assurance as time permits.
- Document Processing, Incoming/Outgoing mail processing.
- Attendance at program and team meetings, and any other duties as assigned or requested.
- Performs related administrative duties as required.
- Assist with NWD’s FLEET management.
- Assist with new hire office preparation.
- Assist with ordering of office supplies.
- Prepares program communication.
- Assists Business Planning Administrator and Branch Office Administrator with coordinating and scheduling as needed.
- Provide assistance to the Administrative Resource Team (ART). This includes utilization of the NWD_EPost email address and related common drives.
- Serves as the branch office central point of contact for the public and staff.
- Enters caller requests, complaints, and concerns into Inquiry/Complaint Tracker for staff follow-up.
- Assists callers with general questions and provides requested information and/or provides alternate contact sources.
- Greets and directs visitors to appropriate staff members.
- Prepares identification badges for all visitors and staff.
- Assists with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for welcome desk duties.
- Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License.

Associate degree or certificate with a related focus OR 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
