Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent serves as the Resource and COZEEP Analyst for District 4 - Division of Construction. Responsibilities include researching, planning, tracking, and preparing expenditure reports for operating expenses and personal services within the division. The incumbent will also develop and support strategies to coordinate efforts with management and relevant staff. Working at a journeyman level, the incumbent may act as a lead worker at the manager’s direction.
Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Associate Governmental Program Analyst / Staff Services Analyst exam. For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions. Working Conditions
While at their base of operation, employee will work in a climate-controlled office under artificial lighting. Employee may also be required to travel on occasion. Employee may be expected to telework part-time once fully trained.
