DescriptionWe are looking for two enthusiastic, energetic interns to join our small marketing, events and communications team. Your role will provide you with a broad range of marketing and communications experience and help you develop your professional skills and competencies. Please note that there are two different internship roles.
The candidates will ideally be able to start in February 2025 for a period of 6 months.
We do not provide visa sponsorship for internships.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing Internship:
- Supporting project management and assisting with content creation, including drafting copy and creating design collateral for the organization's social media channels
- Supporting the development of GRESB newsletters including assisting with content curation and uploading content to our automated email marketing software
- Working with the Head of Content and GRESB Partners on the publication and management of content for our GRESB Insights blog
- Supporting the development of content for our website, digital marketing, and email marketing campaigns
Marketing and Communications Internship:
- Improving and maintaining the gresb.com website
- Assistance with digital marketing for GRESB events (website, outreach, and social media)
- Supporting the use of Salesforce (CRM) and Account Engagement (integrated marketing tool formerly known as Pardot)
- Supporting the development of guidance, marketing and sales content for GRESB products
- Market research and assistance with digital and paid campaigns (Linkedin, Google Ads)
Requirements - You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Business, Marketing, Management, Administration, Communications, Environmental Science and/or Policy; OR:
- You study Business Economics, Finance, Engineering, Environmental studies or related and are passionate about Sustainability and ESG issues.
- You have excellent collaboration skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- You are very well organized and detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy, international environment;
- You have a high degree of comfort using common software packages and online tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience using design software/editing tools, Wordpress, CSS, Monday, Canva and Adobe Suite is a plus.
- You have the ability to work in the Netherlands.
