We are on the lookout for an individual who is passionate about commercial roofing and project management. This position works closely with our estimation team, site superintendent, and external consultants. This position is the "glue" that holds it all together!

Project Coordination Responsibilities:
- Initial project setup in ERP and ongoing maintenance/data entry/updates
- Labour and Material scheduling & continuous reporting
- Capacity planning with a focus on constant improvement
- PO & Change order creation, issuance, management, and reporting
- Main point of contact and liaising with customers, consultants, strata representatives, engineers, and internal teams
- Monitor and manage ongoing projects from pre-planning to close-out
- Participate in site inspections and reviews with superintendents, consultants, and strata representatives
- Project reporting (status, budgets, forecasts, etc.)
- Deficiency management
- General project support
Requirements:
- 10+ years in the roofing industry
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Extensive roofing product knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and SmartSheets
- Acumatica experience is considered an asset
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Solid time management skills and an ability to work independently to address tight schedules and multiple deadlines
