The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Recreation and Parks, is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills, as well as land planning and administration skills, to join our dynamic team in the land administration section of the Office of Park Planning.

Pay:
$3,671.68 - $4,038.84 Monthly (commensurate with experience)
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development, preparation and execution of State contracts, leases, subleases, releases, agreements, amendments, easements, MOUs, permits, licenses and other documents that relate to properties under the Division's management.
Consult and act as liaison for the Division with other department planning personnel, other government agencies and private entities.
Investigate and analyze land administration issues for the Division, other governmental (federal, state, local) agencies and private entities and provide recommendations for the disposition of such issues.
Process and maintain land administration records associated with all management units within the state park system.
Coordinates receipt of parks' non ad-valorem assessments and notices with OPS GOC, DSL and Title Section.
Performs other duties as assigned.
