An Environmental Health & Safety Engineer (HSE) is an individual contributor responsible for applying knowledge of safety, industrial hygiene, environmental, science, to identify, analyze, and resolve safety and environmental issues. This senior position will work hand in hand with site management, mentor, support and ensure overall compliance of the site.
- Maintain safety & environmental standards based on risk/hazard analysis to meet regulatory requirements and HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OSHA VPP).
- Collaborate and participate as a valued member of the site leadership team to provide HSE guidance, technical support and coordinate activities and processes.
- Lead and/or provide input for the specification, design, build and launch of new processes or regulations.
- Collaborate with other Bosch HSE sites and regions to improve overall performance in North America.
- Ability to travel within regions up to 10% of the time.
- This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
- Monday – Friday Shift, overtime and on call when necessary

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
