The Company is comprised of a Corporate office (Philadelphia, PA), two (2) manufacturing facilities (Philadelphia, PA and Oshkosh, WI) and two (2) repair and service facilities (Philadelphia, PA and Yuba City, CA) located in the United States. In addition, Kingsbury has one (1) manufacturing facility located in Göttingen Germany.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on environmental and safety policies, programs, and procedures.
- Identify and evaluate environmental health and safety risks.
- Create and maintain processes to evaluate environmental health and safety performance.
- Maintain Kingsbury’s Environmental Health and Safety management systems.
- Ensure that site training records, health/safety manuals or handbooks, incident/accident reports, or other documentation are appropriately maintained, updated, and in compliance regulations and policies.
- Select and maintain stock of personal protection equipment or other related supplies.
- Assist in maintaining environmental permits.
- Conduct inspections including but not limited to hazardous waste, spill control, and emergency response equipment.
- Facilitate weekly safety committee meetings.
- Maintain facility emergency response plans.
- Support the company in Worker’s Compensation strategies and matters.
- Remain current on federal, state, county and local safety regulations and keep management advised of new or revised regulations.
- Maintain appropriate certifications including, but not limited to: First Aid, OSHA 30 Hour, 40-hour HAZWOPER, RCRA, and DOT.
- Collaborate with team members to develop short and long-term corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Experience: 3+ years' Environmental Health and Safety related experience.
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent and an Associate's Degree in EHS, Sustainability, or equivalent.
- Preferred Education:Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Sustainability, or equivalent. Understanding of OSHA General Industry requirements and hazardous waste management.
