Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with stakeholders across multiple systems. This role requires an understanding key application such as NetSuite, OpenAir, Concur, Adaptive and other Backoffice applications.
Responsibilities
Support Desk:
- Manage help desk tickets through Jira
- Meet SLAs
- Communicate updates to business
Access management:
- Provide and maintain access to our stakeholders
- Update roles and user profiles in required systems
- Manager roles and permissions within NetSuite
- Manage user access through Okta
- Configure NetSuite profiles to export to OpenAir
System Customization & Reporting:
- Customize and maintain NetSuite’s forms & fields
- Provide basic reporting and saved searches
- Maintain project lists and reports from Concur
- Manage expense reports from system to system
- Project Management:
- Work with key stakeholders to capture requirements and documentation
- Collaborate with developers to facilitate the execution of customizations
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other IT professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and IT staff.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and technical teams.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with Application updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance system functionality.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a NetSuite frontend Administrator
- Understanding of workflows
- Experience within Concur
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of SLAs and project timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- NetSuite certification(s) such as administrator
Additional Details
- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
- Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
- Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
