Summary:
The Systems Manager - Procore will be responsible for managing, training, maintenance, standardization and consistent use of Procore in Construction. The focus of this position is to ensure Procore is incorporated in day-to-day project management process(es) across all RES Construction units. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring an understanding of back-office and site process(es). The Procore systems manager will work collaboratively with colleagues in the Centre of Excellence to ensure the business use of Procore is consistent with the overall agreed technology roadmap and direction for Construction, including its integration with IFS.
Requirements:
- Manages consistent use and best practice to ensure value that meets established goals and a positive customer experience.
- Manage data integrity and quality within the Procore system.
- Support the implementation of product updates and enhancements.
- Manages system governance, including definition of user roles and responsibilities.
- Manage cross-functional needs; strive to meet aggressive goals and know when to reset expectations.
- Mentors and coaches colleagues on standardization of ways of works as they pertain to Procore.
- Manage system technical environments and platforms to ensure reliability, performance and security.
- Monitor system performance and health, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
- Ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and patch management.
- Manages technical change, understand technical issues and ensure that they get prioritized, highlighted, addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Analyzes information to find trends or diagnose problem areas within system and in process(es).
- Provides timely updates, report on current vulnerabilities and problem backlogs, and progress therein.
- Anticipates and proactively manages risks and escalates appropriately.
- Be the front-line subject matter expert in diagnosing and deep diving into customer issues; when issues are escalated from field teams, take ownership of investigating and getting to root cause and work with stakeholders to offer options to resolve.
- Authors standard operating procedures, user guides, knowledge articles, support documentation and facilitates user training.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay current on Procore product updates and industry best practices to provide informed support
- Present, support, and lead-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
- Contribute to the development of CoE best practices, standards, and documentation
- Communicates effectively with various stakeholders including diverse internal and external parties regarding standard use of Procore.
- Influences change management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.
- Provides project updates on a regular basis to manage stakeholders’ expectations.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to determine and document their Procore needs, then convert into actionable follow through and responses.
- Advises stakeholders on platform setup, user administration, content organization, reporting, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- AS or AA (or similar) preferred.
- BS or BA (or similar) preferred.
- 3 or more years' experience in business or construction operations preferred.
- 1 or more years of experience in System Use and System Management/Administration preferred.
- Certification in continuous improvement and/or lean methodology or practice preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 31 to 50% required.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Simplify and summarize complex topics for non-technical audiences, as well as translate non-technical stakeholder needs into technical solutions. Exhibit sound judgement and the ability to know when to listen and when to ask questions. Effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Act with limited oversight on day-to-day basis, balance multiple perspectives and anticipate needs proactively. Work cross-functionally. Raise improvement ideas for consideration. Take direction from Senior colleagues on large, over-arching initiatives.
- Strong business (specifically construction/project management) and technical acumen. Experience in deployment of system solutions. Strong project management skills. Identify process gaps and inconsistencies, mitigate and resolve without direction.
- Independently seek information, solve problems, corral resources and deliver results in challenging situations. Move quickly in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Pitch in to get work done and process(es) implemented.
- Organize and disambiguate complicated and chaotic scenarios. Think critically to identify root-causes. Analyze complex problems quickly; prioritize responsibilities; attention to detail. Work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment balanced with knowing when to ask for support. Manage change and priorities with exceptional organizational skills. Generate problem statements that are supported by data.

Anticipated base salary range: $116,000 - $137,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
