Are you passionate about renewable energy and want to make a difference in the industry? RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our client's team in the renewable energy sector. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services for renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to support renewable energy projects
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services
Monitor procurement activities, including purchase orders and delivery schedules
Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in the renewable energy industry
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procurement policies
Manage supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the renewable energy industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
Experience in managing supplier relationships and performance
Proficiency in procurement software and tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the renewable energy industry
