You are a Senior Civil Engineer with at least 8 years of experience, confident in your ability to challenge contractors and lead complex civil engineering projects in renewable energy. You possess strong design and analytical skills, are calm under pressure, and can manage multiple priorities with a focus on results. What you’ll be doing
You will support the full suite of civil engineering activities for renewable energy projects, with a focus on pre-construction design and optimisation for wind, solar, and battery storage projects. You’ll conduct site visits, perform technical due diligence, and lead the review of designs from contractors. You’ll also contribute to bid preparations, oversee feasibility studies, and support construction phases. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior engineers, ensuring quality control and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you’ll need
You will need a Master’s degree in Engineering, with at least 8 years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong technical acumen are essential. A PrEng registration is preferred, along with exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
