How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for the role who can Conduct the green tagging (FAI) of the turbine modules and support the incoming inspection of tier-2 components according to quality spec and report defects, working with stakeholder to make quality improvement in Virtual Plant
Your responsibilities will consist of:
- Participate in ensuring a safe work environment by following Siemens Gamesa's Health and safety regulations.
- Quality inspection of nacelles modules by visual or by NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) according to requirements and specifications. Report errors and corrective actions in defined action tools for further handling.
- Provide continuous feedback to the Local Quality Management Team and the local QC coach on potential quality and training issues
- Be ambassador for quality, support all colleagues in quality issues and escalate potential questions to the correct stakeholder(s) Secure level of quality is reached by specifications to requirements and not all other input by persons. Verification of the quality requirements in the Inspection to avoid consequences it might have, if the requirements are not met
- Validate and filter NCs in Virtual Plant’s NC system (OA)
- Create and handle Non-Conformance in SGRE NC system (SRP)according to Siemens Gamesa’s standards
- Transfer the disposition from SGRE NC system to Virtual Plant NC system
- Review and consolidate the as-built documentation
- Maintain the SN# for both parts and assembly system
- Support incoming inspection of tier -2 components
