Production department is responsible for wind turbine's assembly
Responsibilities
- Accept the pre-training and get the know-how for the assembly operations during the training term
- Have the ability to do whole assembly processes, which are focused on by an assembly worker and try to reach the same level that our source factory colleagues have already owned
- Responsible for production work instruction update and translation
- Responsible for new employee training including safety, quality and process operation
- Responsible for production process improvement
- Support production supervisor on line as a team leader for safety and quality control, on- time delivery and people coordination
- Coordinate with production support team to solve related process issues, such as tooling, equipment and BOM
- Other job in production line
Qualifications
- Education of three-years college or above, major in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Working experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficient computer skills at Microsoft office
Competencies
- Good ability and motivation to work manually
- Good coordination and communication skills
