Responsibilities
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
- Support hiring managers in the recruitment process and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
