i Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.c
i Maintain security and telecommunications systems.c
i Provide visitors with an appropriate answer to all their inquiries.c
i The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as necessary.c
i Maintain employee and department directories.c
i Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.c
i Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating
actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.c
i Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.c
i Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and
material.
