As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable & hard-working Office Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

We are a third-generation family-owned business in search of an Office Coordinator to join our growing, multifaceted company. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency in our fast-paced commercial service industry. This position will work closely with the plant and trucking managers and communicate with our various locations statewide. If you work well independently, as well as part of a team, we look forward to hearing from you today.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry pertaining to driver paperwork and Mechanic Work Orders
Filing and Organization of Office
Answering phones and routing calls as needed
Working with scale to weigh trucks in and out
Coding and entering Accounts payable invoices
Producing routine reports
Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required
5+ years in related field
Proven experience in an office setting
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members across various locations
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of MS Office products.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands

Salary Description

$18-$22 Per Hour
