Job Summary
The Sales Representative, with the help and guidance of the executive team, will contribute in the enrichment and innovative approach of the overall sales and marketing strategy. The fundamental responsibility of the Sales Representative is to add a strong team player attitude, motivation and coordination of original sales and marketing activities to our effective Sales Team.
This position will drive results to our greater Orlando area locations.
The success of this candidate will be evaluated on a monthly basis based on closed sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will be selling our waste and recycling services to a very diverse market place. The successful candidate will need to be able to sell in the field and generate leads, have great follow through and have the ability to close the deal. The strategic goal and performance standard for this role is developing new business and growing our company.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty assigned satisfactorily.
Daily duties include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining records and files
- Conducting sales presentations
- Writing bids and proposals
- Telephone outbound lead calling
- Learning our products and services
- Ensure all expiring contracts are renewed to preserve our customer base.
- Contributing to the satisfaction and retention of current customers.
- Effectively uses RSF sales, profitability, productivity software tools (Salesforce-REQUIRED, TRUX, Microsoft)
- Directly manage major developing client accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year based on experience, with uncapped potential for commission
