Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end IT support, meeting set standards and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain various devices (PCs, Macs, printers, etc.).
- Resolve tech issues via phone, web, or in-person visits.
- Ensure consistent follow-up for user satisfaction.
- Support audiovisual and videoconferencing using Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with teams to drive tech adoption and productivity.
Your profile
- 1+ years of IT support experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Mac, and PC hardware/software Keen sense of ownership and confidence in your ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make tough decisions.
- Strong customer service
- Excellent communication skills both in Dutch and English
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to come into our office in Amsterdam
- capacity to lift office/ IT equipment when necessary
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
