JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Interior Region 2, in the Division of Partnerships, Interpretation, Lands and Planning. MAJOR DUTIES: Major Duties Oversee and guide programs and managers to successfully achieve the organizations/divisions mission and goals. Plan and facilitate strategic change that are aimed at achieving and improving the quality, effectiveness, accountability and timeliness of programs. Apply technical knowledge, analyze challenges and evaluate alternatives and identify a course of action to address specific regional/program challenges. Strategically manage and guide planning and project management, human resources, financial and information resources. Advise management and executive leadership in the development of program policies, proposals, processes and recommendations. Area Information Atlanta, Georgia is a major metropolitan city with a population of approximately 496,461.
