What will you do?
- Manages maintenance department to ensure performance of industrial equipment
- Manages Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
- Develops and implements maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime
- Responsible for people management, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
- Manages & optimizes maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
- Supports troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems
- Organizes intervention of team in implementation and ramp up of new workstations and production lines
- Ensures business continuity plan in terms of equipment and tools
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations, quality and maintenance standards
- Reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget utilization
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
Understanding of maintenance / tool and die principles
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in professional and engineering PC applications, AutoCAD preferred
Experience using SAP PM module preferred

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
- Solid experience in maintenance supervision
- Ability to understand mechanical and electrical/electronic drawings
