The department's main purpose is to ensure continuous legal support to the operations, procurement, construction, corporate and litigation area, maintenance of industrial equipment/goods agreements, and all functions for issues arising during the execution phase. The territorial scope in which your functions should be performed comprises Romania and countries managed by the Romanian hub (Balkans, Georgia, Ukraine, and CIS countries).
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Service and Supply Chain Legal Operation, your key tasks will be
- Ensuring and providing continuous legal support, including counseling management on current and future wind sector laws and regulations impacting O&M Agreements
- Drafting, negotiating, and closing Operation and Maintenance Agreements, private tenders, and frame agreements for maintaining WTGs
- Handling issues arising from Supply and Turnkey agreements, including warranties, defects claims, and civil works
- Coordinating processes to ensure all internal and external deliverables are identified early, responsibilities are assigned, and timelines are met.
- Assisting in the finalization and signature of transactional documents, such as PCGs, Escrow Agreements, and Direct Agreements, as well as ensuring the completion of early deliverables under contracts.
- Managing corporate topics affecting the business, such as PoAs, FS, BoD MoMs, etc.
- Handling compliance-related matters to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Postgraduate Law Degree from Romania; a Master’s degree in Law is advantageous
- Relevant working experience (3-5 years at minimum) handling complex transactions, particularly in operations/ maintenance fields, within an international environment
- Professional experience in the Wind Energy, Industrial Equipment Tools, Aeronautical or Railway sectors would be a significant advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant office tools

- Motivated and proactive; works well individually and takes initiative
- Holistic business understanding, high organizational skills and flexibility, comfortable working with ambiguity
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
