We are seeking a passionate and motivated Reward Analyst to join our Global Reward team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the development and implementation of our compensation and benefits programmes and be a trusted advisor to the Regional Reward Partners.
The Global Reward team in Vestas oversees all global policies and processes within the area of compensation & benefit. Responsibilities
1. Compensation Analysis:
- Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure salary and bonus structures are competitive in the relevant geographies
- Analyze and evaluate compensation data to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Assist and support the annual merit increase and incentive payment processes ensuring accurate and timely execution
2. Benefits Management:
- Analyze and make recommendations for the optimization of our employee benefits programme, including health insurance, parental leave, and other perks
- Conduct benefits benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external benchmarks
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve employee inquiries
3. Project support:
- Manage and submit compensation and benefits data to Mercer in accordance with the global contract
- Participate in various compensation and benefits projects at both regional and global levels providing analytical and administrative support
- Work closely with Regional Reward Partners, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide guidance on compensation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Reward Analyst, Benefits Analyst, or similar role
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Understanding of Reward/HR processes
- Knowledge of compensation survey data sources and methodologies
- Excellent user of MS Office and SuccessFactors
- Experience in working on annual Reward processes such as the annual increment process, promotion, market corrections, bonus/incentive process, and seeing through at least one cycle

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, but also individually to meet deadlines
- Proven stakeholder management skills
