The team is under the Global Finance of Vestas Shared Service Centre.
The Finance Shared Service Center is comprised of various Finance functions that support Vestas globally. These functions include Purchase to Pay, Travel and Expense, Account to Report, Cash Management, Compliance, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Costing and Inventory, Master Data Management and the Finance Controlling team. This team is expected to have close collaboration with the Regional Finance, Customs & Transport team, Payroll, Factory Controllers, Treasury, Procurement, and other functions of the company.
Purchase to Pay > Global Payments, Credit & Collections, Customer Support > Payments (APC/NCE/VWS)
Responsibilities
- Checking the accuracy of import and export documentation against shipments
- Ensuring adherence to customs laws and regulations, identifying any discrepancies
- Addressing and resolving any discrepancies/issues related to customs declarations
- Working closely with the Regional Finance, and Import Team to ensure that customer declaration forms are accurate and compliant
- Prepares working file and fills out Customer Declaration Form to be submitted to the bank
- Monitors and resolves issues for non-payment of overdue invoices, from missing invoice copies to posting to the system up to payment. Inform concern party/ies of the status in a timely manner
- Perform analytical review to ensure achievement of KPIs and PPIs for the specific function assigned
- Ensure standard operating procedures and process manuals are frequently reviewed and updated accordingly
- Participate in further improvement and optimization of P2P relating to CDF Reconciliation & payment processing procedures
- Proactively engage and collaborate with Regional Finance, Treasury, Global Sourcing, and other business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
- Process back-up in performing posting & scheduled automatic/manual and urgent payment in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University Degree, Business Studies/Finance/Management, Accounting, International Trade or a related field
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin and good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- With at least 1-2 years of working experience in the same field
- With Shared Service experience
- Must have experience in using SAP

- Demonstrates a proven ability to handle one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and priorities
- Good in MS Office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Flexible and willing to work on holidays as needed and on any shift as may be assigned
- With positive behavior and attitude. Can blend well with different kinds of personalities
- With knowledge of using ERP Systems
