Job Responsibilities
· Work with ADS Implementation teams to understand and gather requirements for internal and external application integrations on ADP
· Collaborate with SS and CRD IT and networking teams to work on strategic approach to integration patterns for ADP
· Work with third party admins and vendors for integration of systems and applications
· Participate in client workshops and weekly calls to understand the needs and design and execute the solutions by collaborating with internal and external teams
· Partner with architecture and engineering team leads to understand strategy and requirements for Cloud and Snowflake capability enablement
· Collaborate with engineering, architecture, application development, corporate systems, vendors / service providers, and various infrastructure and operations groups to standup, provision and troubleshoot connectivity for client environments
· Organize and provide communications around client environment implementations, ensuring clarity around desired outcomes, status of setups or issue resolution to impacted stakeholders
· Socialize and coordinate key changes or updates to the cloud infrastructure that have client impact (i.e. environment migrations, interface changes, disaster recovery testing)
· Maintain and manage environment architecture diagrams and foot prints
· Manage and train resources within the team and provide knowledge sharing sessions with ADS teams
· Clear and detail documentation of the procedures and tasks.
· Strive towards building repeatable processes
· Work with team across globe in multiple time zones to share knowledge and build expertise across teams
· Assist with platform risk assessments and compliance exercises
· Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the service offering to participate in Subject Matter Expert activities with relation to our cloud offering; consultancy, implementation and configuration
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above with 10+ years on industry experience preferably in data warehousing and services
· 3-5 years’ working knowledge of IT network architecture (Firewall, VPN) and related components for data sharing and file delivery (Enterprise Bus, NDM, Golden Gate, MQ, SFTP)
· 3-5 years’ experience working with infrastructure teams (networking, security, cloud services) as well as application teams on the delivery, access enablement and support of foundational and common cloud service capabilities
· 2-3 years’ of experience with cloud based (AWS, S3, Azure and Snowflake) data services
· Prior experience with active directory entitlement solutions (e.g. Cloakware, Sailpoint or other third party)
· Experience facilitating workshops with technology & business teams to identify requirements, make decisions quickly, seek alignment and/or mitigate risk
· Demonstrated people leadership skills; managing multiple directs and building global support teams
· Knowledge of SQL, Enterprise Data Management and Data Warehousing principles, are all an advantage
· Exposure to Autosys and UNIX scripting a plus
· Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel and requirements continue to evolve
· Effective communicator – can summarize succinctly and can provide details when needed
· Team oriented – capable of working in a global setting
· Strong Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Self-motivated, charismatic and able to influence others at all levels of an organization
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
