Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft, Amazon, Pinterest, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, and more.
Daily campaign management - Budget and pacing, monitoring campaign performance against KPIs and goals, including but not limited to search term reports, keyword analysis, negative keyword lists, quality score audits, creative performance, audience or demographics insights, etc.
Managing campaign development from start to finish; Keyword/targeting research, ad copy & extensions, bid strategy, creative, budget, etc.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the competition and adjust strategy accordingly.
Provide ad hoc data pulls or analysis from team leads on your owned clients.
Analyze and interpret data across multiple sources including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc to identify trends and opportunities to increase performance. Produce reports and insights for management via excel and google sheets.
Develop strategic roadmaps and highlight testing opportunities as platform offerings evolve.
Share regular updates with team leaders that contain concrete insights and context for changes in performance.
Recommend process improvements that can increase operational efficiency or improve quality of SEM activations.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to strategize, plan, and execute campaigns
Support with onboard new clients, develop initial marketing strategies and develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
Become the expert our clients rely on for digital best practices, industry trends, and new technology.
Requirements:
0-2 years of in-platform experience with Google/Bing/Display ads
A track record of achievement
A strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed
An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
Experience working in teams and collaborative environments
