Responsibilities: * On-board new customers and manage communications with clients throughout the timeline of their projects. * Act as the primary point of contact related to all aspects of project details. * Coordinate and execute solar construction projects on time and within budget. * Ensure design and permitting timelines are completed in a timely manner. * Provide oversight of construction projects by working in conjunction with the Installation Managers/Install team and making sure projects are hitting necessary milestones. * Coordinate with the Vice President of Projects and Permitting Team members to advance project goals. * Manage the closeouts of projects permits for assigned projects. * Manage internal operations process software to ensure project-level overview and tracking. * Commute to job sites / customer homes for onsite coordination of site-specific information. * Carry out additional duties as required by VP of Permitting. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, engineering, architecture, and sustainability or related field/ PMP certification is preferred. * Driver’s License is required. (Up to 25% commuting). * 2-5years of experience. * Construction or project management related experience, preferably within the solar industry. * Strong Computer skills and ability to learn new software * Strong attention to detail. * Strong organizational skills & time management. * Ability to manage multiple projects at once. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with a stakeholder including clients, vendors, subcontractors, site superintendent, etc. * Experience with the following design software is strongly preferred: SketchUp & AutoCAD * Familiarity with Project management software, including CRMs and google suite: word, excel, drive, and PowerPoint are required. * Be a team player and maintain a positive can-do attitude. * A passion for Brooklyn SolarWorks mission, core values and positive work culture.. * Passion for clean and renewable energy, and a commitment to quality and consistency. Compensation & Mobility Potential: * 65-70k annual *We offer competitive compensation that is commensurate with years of relevant industry experience, skills and qualifications, certifications, and licenses.
